This modern hotel is part of a Natura 2000 area, the Brdo estate. New stories and culinary highlights are created here by star chef Tomaž Kavčič, who recently presented the Slovenian cuisine to the many guests at the presidency of the Council of the EU. He prefers food that is like homemade, local and organic. The restaurant cooperates with the surrounding farms and creates its own products. A tasting of fine wines in the hotel’s wine and cognac bar also a very special experience.
