From Wednesday, 13 May 2020, the Tourist Information Center (TIC) is reopened to visitors every day between 10 am and 5 pm. While all public tours, visits and events organized by the Tourism and Culture Board Kranj remain cancelled.

In the light of an increased risk of infection, the spread of the coronavirus in Slovenia and the declared epidemic, the Kranjska hiša with its tourist information centre and the Khislstein Café 12.56 will remain closed for all visitors from 14 March 2020 until cancellation.
This decision was made in accordance with government actions and the recommendations of the relevant services. Until further notice, all public tours, visits and events organized by the Tourism and Culture Board Kranj will also be cancelled.
