GOSTILNA PR’ BIZJAK
Fine Cuisine in and around Kranj (9 – 25 May 2025)
Nestled at the foot of the mighty Storžič Mountain, the Bizjak restaurant has a tradition of more than 200 years. In recent times, the kitchen is being run by two young chefs, Tadej Rozman and Ivo Tikvić. They both prefer local ingredients that are presented in an inventive and modern way.
Gostilna pr’ Bizjak has been awarded a toque by the Gault & Millau Slovenia restaurant guide, one fork by the Falstaff magazine and a smile by Vivi.

Guests can make a reservation for the Fine Cuisine in and around Kranj event at Gostilna pr’ Bizjak between 9 and 25 May, from Tuesday to Saturday, from 12 noon to 8pm. Reservations are required.
→ Amuse bouche: fried pâte à choux with parsley stalks, Podjed butter with fleur de sel
→ Hot starter: wild garlic ravioli stuffed with Carniolan sausage and asparagus, smoked cheese sauce, wild garlic oil
→ Meat main course: lamb, croquettes with pears, glazed carrots, white bean puree, veal fond sauce with spruce
