You will learn what the first settlements looked like, see important archaeological discoveries, you\u2019ll find out more about when the town was granted city rights, about the religious centre of the ancient Slavs, about the lively fairs in this town and the everyday life of the townspeople, about the water, the bridges, important locals and other interesting facts.<\/p><p>The Tunnels under the old town of Kranj are one of the city\u2019s greatest attractions. Although they were dug out by human hands, a special natural environment evolved, similar to karst caves. Interesting animals such as cave locusts and bats have taken up residence here, and real stalactites have also emerged.
