GREEN DESTINATIONS CONFERENCE 2026

From 27 to 29 October 2026, Kranj will be hosting the Green Destinations 2026 global conference, one of the most important international meetings in the field of sustainable tourism, which will once again bring together international experts, destinations, organizations and representatives of the tourism industry committed to the development of sustainable tourism.
The conference will bring representatives of destinations, experts and service providers from various countries to Slovenia to discuss destination management, sustainable solutions, digital transformation and future development trends in tourism. The conference will also feature professional training sessions and presentations of best practices.
This conference is considered one of the most important international events in the field of sustainable destination management and serves as a platform for knowledge exchange, the presentation of best practices and the networking of stakeholders from various countries. This year’s program will place special emphasis on sustainable destination management, climate action, digital transformation and the development of high-quality tourism products.
