Valter is not just the hero from WWII, who fought against the occupation of Sarajevo – he is also still alive today, feeding people in many Slovenian and Austrian towns. Traditional Bosnian dishes are very popular with locals and tourists: pitas, tarhanas, stews, ćevapčići, sudžukica sausages, sarmas, baklavas, tufahijas and much more.
Even the famous Drina cigarettes are sold here to round off the lovely meal that is accompanied by melodies from former Yugoslavia.
