Kranfest is the hottest summer festival in the city, combining cultural events and entertainment, concert treats and culinary experiences and guided tours. The programme is as colourful as Kranj’s venues.

As many years before, July in Kranj ends with a festival for old and young, with a programme for every taste.
Kranfest is the hottest summer festival in the city, combining cultural events and entertainment, concert treats and culinary experiences and guided tours. The programme is as colourful as Kranj’s venues.

In addition to the entertaining street programme and the culinary Caravan of Flavours on the Main Square, there will be a concert stage on the square in front of the Prešeren Theatre, featuring, among others, Manouche (25 July) and Soul Fingers (26 July).
The main venue is the Khislstein Summer Stage, where Friday is dedicated to hip hop legends Nipke, Recycleman and Klemen Klemen, and Saturday offers yugo nostalgia with the legendary Plavi Orkestar.
