The embrace of two rivers and the proximity of lakes make Kranj a true fisherman’s paradise. Fishing licenses are available from fishing clubs that take care of regulated fishing areas and nature conservation.
Fly fishing fans of are enthusiastic about the Kokra River in its lower reaches. On the river Sava there are also many other possibilities – angling and boat fishing, spin fishing, lure fishing and coarse fishing.
