She also delivers lunches, snacks and other meals to tourists and accommodation providers in Kranj and the surrounding area who would like to enjoy gluten-free meals.
According to Alma Zajec, who is not a chef but a therapist by profession, the idea for gluten-free cooking has been a decade in the making. During her work, she often met people with diabetes and helped them plan their menus. This is how her close relationship with cooking began.
Nowadays, she prepares a variety of dishes that are gluten-free and pork-free (halal cuisine).
She regularly posts a selection of weekly lunches, snacks, stews and desserts on Facebook. You can order your choice of dishes in good time (the day before the planned meal) by calling the phone number below, which is available between 10 am and 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
