Tips for excursions:
→ The lake between Mavčiče and Kranj was created when the Mavčiče hydroelectric power station was built on the Sava River in 1986. Downstream from Kranj, the gravel and rapids of the river were replaced by the lake that is also called Trboje Lake, measururing 1 km2 and is up to 17 metres deep.
→ The old Town of Kranj is a 10-minute drive away and Na Poljani has free bike rental if you would like to cycle there.
→ The hill of St. Jošt (845 m) is an excellent opportunity for a walk in nature to enjoy the beautiful views and excellent cuisine.
