Udin Boršt

The Udin boršt forest is a unique area because of its natural, rural and cultural sights and its location in the heart of the Gorenjska region. There are many hiking trails in all directions that can also be used for cycling or jogging.

Most the sites of natural and cultural heritage in this forest can be found along its thematic trails. In the Western and Southern part of the forest these are the trails In the Land of Conglomerate Karst, the Crooked Fir Tree rural trail with educational information on natural sciences and the Strahinj water educational trail. In the Northern Udin boršt, there are the Path of the Three Bells and the Nature Trail through the Wetland of Blata.

The paths are marked with information boards and the rest areas have benches and tables where visitors can relax and listen to the sounds of nature. The trails are perfect for cycling and hiking. More information can be found here.
