KRANJ LONG TABLE 2025

On Thursday, 4 September 2025 a culinary event called the Kranj Long Table took place in the courtyard of Khiselstein Castle.
The Kranj Long Table ocuses on sustainable gastronomy in Kranj, with an emphasis on local production, short supply chains, self-sufficiency and green cuisine.
The focus of this green culinary event will be on top gastronomy as well as on ingredients that are produced in Kranj and the surrounding area. But one of the plates will be quite different, as it will be taking us to the sea.

Two of the participating restaurants (Pr’ Končovc and the Elegans Restaurant of the Brdo Hotel) have the Slovenia Green Cuisine label. Krištof restaurant has a Michelin Green Star and some of the other restaurants in Kranj involved in the preparation of this culinary event also have a lot of experience in working together with local farms.
KRANJSKA DOLGA MIZA

Kranjska dolga miza se osredotoča na trajnostno kranjsko gastronomijo s poudarkom na lokalni pridelavi, kratkih dobavnih verigah, samooskrbi in zeleni kulinariki.
Vstopnice za Kranjsko dolgo mizo, ki bo 4. septembra na dvorišču gradu Khislstein, so na voljo TUKAJ.
Dve od sodelujočih restavracij (Pr’ Končovc in Restavracija Elegans hotela Brdo) nosita oznako Slovenia Green Cuisine. Gostilna Krištof ima zeleno Michelinovo zvezdico in tudi nekatere ostale kranjske restavracije, ki so vključene v pripravo tega kulinaričnega dogodka, sodelujejo z lokalnimi kmetijami.
