Guided mountaineering climbs

For the more challenging Alpine peaks, including those that form the backdrop of Kranj, you need more fitness as well as knowledge and experience in the high mountains.

You can conquer two-thousand-metre peaks such as Storžič, Kočna and Grintovec in the company of local mountain guides. We recommend Kranj’s Marija and Andrej Štremfelj, mountain guides with the IFMGA international licence.

They were the first couple to stand together on the roof of the world in the Himalayas and to enter the Guinness Book of World Records with their ascent of Mont Everest. Who wouldn’t wish to climb these peaks in the company of true mountaineering legends?

With more than 40 years of climbing experience, they can take you to all kinds of rock, ice and snow climbing routes, cross-country skiing tours, treks and expeditions.
