Their entire philosophy is based on fresh seasonal ingredients (at least 4 new menu cards each year, different additional menus each week) in combination with a wide selection of wines from Slovenia and the world, in the spirit of returning back to nature.


They have Restaurant Slovenia quality label and were the first to be one hundred percent committed to ecologically grown food, so this is a distinctly “organic” restaurant.
