- Advance booking is required and must be made at least one day before the selected tour date.

- The meeting point for all tours is the Tourist Information Centre, Glavni trg 2, Kranj (open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. in summer)
- If you book by phone or e-mail, admission is paid upon arrival at the reception.
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the tour starts.
