📣 Unfortunately, due to the bad weather forecast, the organizers have to CANCEL the green culinary event Kranj Long Table, which was planned for September 5.


On Thursday, 5 September, between 5 pm and 9 pm, a culinary event called the Kranj Long Table will take place in the courtyard of Khiselstein Castle.

The selected chefs are already in the process of designing dishes that will then be the focus of the Kranj Long Table, using local ingredients. The following courses will be served one after the other at this dinner, which will bring together more than hundred guests at one long table:

Amuse-bouche
Chef Janez Šetina (Elegans, restaurant at the Brdo Hotel)

Cold appetizer
Chef David Skoko (Batelina, Pulj)

Hot appetizer
chef Aleš Kristan (Pr’ Končovc holiday farm)

Main course
Chef Uroš Gorjanc (Restaurant Krištof)

Dessert
Chef Tomaž Polenec (Brioni Restaurant and Café)

Teams from the following restaurants are also involved in serving at the event, as well as equipping and designing it:

Tickets will bee on sale at Kranjska hiša (Glavni trg 2), at Eventim outlets. Ticket price is €110.

Guests can choose between a meat menu and a vegan menu.
