Food & Drinks: Pizza 488°

The newly opened pizzeria has added a lot of other ingredients to the pizza, which is basically a simple dish, to make it into a different, gourmet dish that is seductively good. With the perfect base of sourdough after a 48-hour fermentation, selected first-class ingredients from the Naples area to Jezersko and the plains of Prekmurje, the pizza at 488° is an experience, not just a piece of dough with toppings to satisfy your hunger.

And because a good pizza goes with a good drink, they have a wide range of selected beverages – homemade natural ice teas, an extensive wine list, craft beers on tap, 100% Arabica for a real espresso or a blend of coffees for a good cappuccino. The kitchen team has experience in restaurants with 3 Michelin stars and from pizzerias. They can prepare special menus for private parties and are at your disposal for celebrations, anniversaries and other events that call for a cosy ambience, good food and drink and friendly hospitality.

You can find them at Orehovlje 2 from Wednesday to Saturday between 12am and 10pm and on Sundays until 9pm. For reservations call +386 59 018 652 or write to pizza488@t-2.si.

In addition to the development of the museum, this exhibition presents the renovations of the building itself.
