BISTRO FERMENT
Fine Cuisine in and around Kranj (8 – 24 May 2026)
At the end of 2025, Bistro Ferment opened in the village of Grad pri Cerkljah. It is designed as a modern space that combines contemporary cuisine, a beer hall, a creative studio and a social concept.
With Ferment, the area around the mountain of Kravavec now has a place where tradition meets a modern approach to food. At Ferment, they believe that the best moments happen around a shared table – with good food, selected drinks and the right company.
Menu (8 – 24 May 2026):
→ Amuse-bouche: miso butter with corn
→ Cold appetizer: pumpkin, honey, goat cheese, pumpkin seeds
→ Main course with meat: beef flank, salsa verde, sweet potatoes, pineapple

→ Main course with fish: trout fillet, choron sauce, parsnip, vanilla, pickled fennel
→ Dessert: apricots, white chocolate cream, yogurt, tarragon
→ Menu price: 30 euros
→ Additional option (for an extra charge): hot appetizer – duck croquette, gruyère cheese, kimchi, plum (14 euros).
→ Local ingredients: trout from the nearby Avguštin Verbič fish farm (Grad) and dairy products from the Hudobivnik Farm (Cerklje na Gorenjskem)

Rezervacije bodo na voljo kmalu.
Pri Bajdu bodo goste, ki bodo rezervirali Okuse kranjskih miz, sprejemali med 13. in 16. majem, med 20. in 23. majem ter med 27. in 29. majem. Omenjene dni spodaj zapisani jedilnik strežejo med 14. in 20. uro. Rezervacija je obvezna.
