“A diverse selection, local ingredients” is the motto of the well-coordinated team at this restaurant, located right in the heart of Naklo.
Bolero opened its doors about three decades ago, followed by a thorough renovation in 2018. “We prioritize local ingredients and strive to ensure that everyone finds something delicious here,” they say at this restaurant.
Menu (8 – 24 May 2026):
→ Appetizer: Tuna tartare in a soy marinade with avocado mousse, ricotta cream with sesame seeds and caviar
→ Main course: Beef fillet with porcini mushroom sauce, served on a velvety cream of young green soybeans (edamame) and mashed potatoes
→ Dessert: chocolate-orange štruklji in a thick caramelized honey sauce with lemon sorbet
→ Menu price: 30 euros
→ Local and Slovenian ingredients: Slovenian beef, potatoes from the Rozman Farm (Trboje), cottage cheese from the Poličar Farm (Polica pri Naklem), free-range eggs from the Globočnik Farm (Voglje), and honey from the Velkovrh Beekeeper (Polhov Gradec).
