“Varied selection, local ingredients” is the motto followed by the team of this restaurant that is located in the very centre of Naklo.
Bolero opened its doors some three decades ago and had a major renovation in 2018. “We put local ingredients at the forefront and try to make sure that everyone finds something good for themselves,” they also like to say at the Bolero restaurant.

→ Cold starter: asparagus panna cotta with smoked trout and roasted pistachios
→ Main course: Beef chops with black truffle mashed potatoes in a parmesan bowl, port wine balsamic sauce and romanesco
→ Dessert: dome of chocolate filled with chocolate mousse and fruit
→ Menu price: 29 EUR
→ Local ingredients: potatoes from the Rozman farm (Trboje), fruit and vegetables from the Pstota farm (Zgornje Duplje) and trout from one of the local fish farms
