This spacious restaurant with its interesting name for the window it has above the door is located in a building right next to the swimming pool of Tržič, known also as the beach of the Gorenjska region.
The Firbc okn team can prepare game and fish dishes every day of the year, bake pizzas, make pasta and much more, and they also meticulously craft their house-made desserts.

→ Amuse bouche: focaccia with garlic and Carniolan sausage (by Blatnik)
→ Cold starter: smoked trout mousse, beetroot crumble, horseradish cream and cucumber caviar
→ Main course: duck breast prepared in the sous vide, wild garlic ball, sautéed asparagus and spinach, edamame (steamed soya beans in the pod), wine reduction sauce
→ Dessert: pistachio tartlet with chocolate and caramel, raspberry coulis
→ Price: 29 EUR
