GOSTILNA POD KRAVAVCEM
Fine Cuisine in and around Kranj (8 – 24 May 2026)

Menu (8 – 24 May 2026):
From 9 to 25 May 2025, Gostilna pod Krvavcem will be serving the following menu from Wednesday to Friday, between 12 and 9 pm.
Fish menu:
→ The Fisherman’s Catch: trout tartare, horseradish cream and apple
→ Asparagus: asparagus soup with chives
→ Trout Goes to the Sea: trout fillet, tom-yum paste, scampi, cherry tomatoes and potatoes
or
Meat menu:
→ Duck: cold-smoked duck breast (carpaccio), Waldorf salad, orange foam and sour cherry caviar
→ Asparagus: asparagus soup and chives
→ Venison: venison shank (sous vide), potato pie, and red beet purée
→ Menu price: 30 euros
→ Additional option (for an extra charge): dessert – panna cotta and basil with white chocolate, strawberries and honey (6.5 euros)
→ Local ingredients: trout from the Vodomec Fish Farm (Zalog near Cerklje), venison and duck breast by Krismit (Trata near Škofja Loka), asparagus and other vegetables from Kmetijski pridelki Bojan Bobnar (Spodnji Brnik), honey from Kimovec Beekeeper (Šenčur) and dairy products from Podjed Dairy (Olševek).
The menu listed above will be served during the Fine Cuisine in and around Kranj event (May 8–24) from Wednesday to Friday, from 12 noon to 9pm.
