PR’ KONČOVC 
Fine Cuisine in and around Kranj (8 – 24 May 2026)

At the Pr’ Končovc farmstead, the tradition of hospitality dates back to 1907, and the farm has been open to visitors since 1992. The farm is run by Aleš and his wife Katarina, with the help of Aleš’s mother, Fani Kristan. They grow or process most of the ingredients they serve to their guests themselves.

In 2021, they received the Green Key environmental certificate, and a year later, the Slovenia Green Cuisine sustainability label. They have two stars in the Gault & Millau Slovenia culinary guide, and the Vivi rating awarded them one heart.

Menu (8 – 24 May 2026):

→ Amuse-bouche: potato croissant on herb cream
→ Cold appetizer: cold veal with horseradish, mustard ice cream with honey, and venison sausage
→ Soup: leek soup with vegetable dumplings
→ Main course: rabbit saddle with pheasant stuffing in a crispy potato crust, celery purée, and roasted apple

→ Menu price: 30 euros

→ Additional options (for an extra charge): dessert – scoop of layer cake with caramelized walnuts and home-made walnut ice cream (5 euros)

→ Local ingredients: dairy products by Mlekarstvo Podjed (Olševek), meat products from the Krakovc Farm (Šenčur), rabbit meat from the Žgajner Farm (Poljanska Valley), vegetables from the Čadež Farm (Delnice in the Poljanska Valley), flour by the Maršet Mill (Vodice), apples from the Markuta Orchard (Čadovlje), and vegetables, herbs, and walnuts from the Pr’ Končovc farm.
