Whether in the dining room, the hunting room, the day bar or the summer garden: there’s plenty of space to enjoy meals prepared with care by the team Oskar Hotel, right under the picturesque Gorenjska peaks beneath the mountain of Zaplata.
The hotel restaurant will treat you to game delicacies, traditional Slovenian flavours and dishes inspired by the surrounding forests. There’s also a seasonal menus, marked by ingredients grown on Slovenian farms near and far.

From 9 to 25 May, the menu for the Fine Cuisine in and around Kranj event will be served at the following times: from Monday to Friday (from 2pm to 10pm), on Saturdays (from 1pm to 10pm) and on Sundays (from 1pm to 5pm).
→ Cold starter: venison prosciutto, bacon cake and house-made young cheese with wild garlic
→ Hot starter: buckwheat porridge with porcini mushrooms and Carniolan sausage
→ Soup: beetroot soup with mint
→ Main course: pork medallion in plum sauce based on cauliflower puree, štruklji with wild garlic, beetroot puree and asparagus
→ Menu price: 29 EUR
→ Additional options (extra charge): dessert – panna cotta with edible flowers alongside mango puree (€5); wines, four glasses – extra brut rosé sparkling wine by Frelih, Goričko blanc by Marof, pinot gris by Pulec, retro selection by Guerila, all purchased at the House of Good Wines Koželj (€12)
