Gostilna Krištof is run by Krištof Bolka, while chef Uroš Gorjanc leads the kitchen team. The well-coordinated team likes to describe its gastronomic principles with the words: “Contemporary cuisine, tradition of the Gorenjska region, an unforgettable experience.”
Gostilna Krištof is featured in the Michelin Guide, where it has a green Michelin star and is included in the Michelin Selection. The Gault & Millau Slovenia gastronomic guide has awarded this restaurant three chef’s hats again this year; the culinary magazine Falstaff has awarded it three forks, and it has three hearts in the Vivi rating.

→ Soup: soup from meadow herbs with crayfish dumplings
→ Main course: Vodomec trout on fregola with garden vegetables and fish sauce
→ Dessert: strawberry mille foglie
→ Menu price: 30 euros
→ Local ingredients: trout from the Vodomec Fish Farm (Zalog near Cerklje), dairy products from the Podjed Dairy (Olševek), strawberries from a Gorenjska farm and wild ramson garlic picked in the Kranj area.

GOSTILNA KRIŠTOF
Okusi kranjskih miz (10. – 26. maj 2024)
Gostilno Krištof, eno najbolj znanih v tem delu Slovenije, vodita Krištof in Tomaž Bolka, medtem ko je na čelu kuharske ekipe chef Uroš Gorjanc, ki ga je lani kulinarični vodnik Gault & Millau Slovenija imenoval za chefa tradicije. Omenjeni vodnik je gostilni letos znova podelili tri kuharske kape, Gostilna Krištof pa je omenjena tudi v Michelinovem vodniku, in sicer z zeleno deteljico in priporočilom.
